Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Mind Voyage Diary service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by Alpha Village Software (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Alpha Village Software (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and members regarding the use of the Diary Sail application and related services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. “Service” refers to Diary Sail and all related services that “Members” can use regardless of the implemented terminal (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, portable terminals, etc.).
  2. “Member” refers to a customer who accesses the Company’s Service, enters into a service agreement with the Company according to these Terms, and uses the Service provided by the Company.
  3. “Diary” refers to personal records that members create and store through the Service.
  4. “Emotion Analysis” refers to a service that analyzes emotions in members’ diaries using AI technology.
  5. “Star Coins” refers to virtual goods required to use the emotion analysis function within the Service.
  6. “Premium Member” refers to a member who receives additional benefits through paid subscription.
  7. “Free Member” refers to a member who uses the Service for free.
  8. “Post” refers to information in the form of signs, characters, voices, sounds, images, videos, etc., including text, photos, videos, and various files and links posted by members when using the Service.

Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen so that members can easily understand them.
